Subscription Issues

I'm not getting your emails, but I've signed up.

  1. Add support@standtogetherus.org to your contacts list. This will help to ensure messages are delivered directly to your Inbox.

  2. Check "Other" inbox tabs. Many email providers have multiple inbox options. For instance, Gmail offers your Primary Inbox, plus Social, Promotions, Updates, and other Inbox options. Outlook offers your Primary Inbox, plus Other. Be sure to check all Inbox tabs for messages from us.

    1. It may help to drag the email to the Primary Inbox, once you locate the message, so future emails from us are delivered to the Primary Inbox.

  3. Check your Spam folder. Sometimes our messages are delivered here, even when you have our contact added!

    1. If it's here, depending on your mail provider, "Mark Not Spam", "Move to Inbox", or choose the option that moves the message to your primary Inbox.

    2. If you're in Outlook, and possibly other providers, there may be a bar or notification across the header or top of your email asking if you want to trust messages from this Sender. In Outlook, trust messages from "@standtogetherus.org". In other providers, select the option that works best. The idea is to accept messages from any email ending in @standtogetherus.org.

  4. Check your Blocked Senders. Depending on your email provider, you'll need to find this in different areas. Generally, there is a place that contains a list of any email addresses you have previously blocked. Check this list and remove any @standtogetherus.org email addresses, if any are listed.

  5. Check for any Email Forwarding rules. Depending on your email provider, you'll need to find this in different areas. Generally, there is a place that contains rules for forwarding all or certain emails. Check this list to ensure there are no rules set to forward @standtogetherus.org messages. If there are, delete the rule(s).

  6. Check for any Filing rules. Depending on your email provider, you'll need to find this in different areas. Generally, there is a place that contains rules for filing all or certain emails. Check this list to ensure there are no rules set to file @standtogetherus.org messages. If there are, delete or edit the rule(s) to ensure our messages stay in the Primary Inbox.

  7. Check your Storage levels. You may not be able to receive more messages because your mailbox is too full. Find your storage level and ensure this is not the case. If it is, you'll need to purchase more storage or delete messages to create room for new messages.

  8. Contact Us to ensure we have the correct email address on file for you. It is possible that the email address you provided when signing up was entered incorrectly. We can correct this on our end. We can also send you a test message once you get to this step.

  9. Contact your email provider for further assistance. Once you've checked all steps above, ensured you're connected to the internet, ensured there are no connection or other issues that could be causing the error, you should reach out to your email provider directly for guidance.
